For Everyone

• Treat each other with respect, professionalism, and gratitude
• Engage in meaningful discussions with a positive and collaborative attitude
• Communicate professionally and clearly
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries

For Students

• Be punctual — arrive 15 minutes early
• Dress business casual unless told otherwise
• Ask questions and show genuine curiosity
• Complete any assigned quests or tasks with your best effort
• Three tardiness tallies result in discontinuation from future experiences

For Hosts

• Share your career journey and key lessons learned
• Offer hands-on activities when possible
• Be a positive role model and enthusiastic guide
• Brief colleagues that you will be hosting
• Do not make excessive demands that may come off as free labor

Violations

Violations of these guidelines may result in removal from the platform. Report concerns to hello@observeyourfuture.com.
